Ownership of Service and Materials

All the designed graphics, videos, pictures, images, content, videos, packaging, formulas, ingredients, technology, know-how, information, data, recommendations, results, software and mobile applications is owned by GUT-iCARE PVT LIMITED. All particulars furnished above are licensed and we also legally obtained permission to use the photos.

Software and Mobile Applications

All the mobile application and software rights are under GUT-iCARE PVT LIMITED. Your usage is limited. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, sublicense or otherwise transfer any right in the Software unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing between you and GUT-iCARE. By agreeing to terms and conditions you are agreeing not to modify software or application.

Commercial Use

Use of our services and kit in un appropriate way for commercial purpose in the absence of appropriate partnership agreement with GUT-iCARE is considered as violation of term. By accepting our terms, you are agreeing to cancel all the registration and orders placed if we find any such violations of terms.

Terms and Conditions of Use

• You should be 18 years old to use GUT-iCARE services
• You should not be barred under law
• GUT-iCARE PVT LIMITED provide few Research Services. By agreeing to the terms, you are giving rights to GUT-iCARE PVT LIMITED to use it for research studies.

Registration & purchase

• When you create GUT-iCARE account you are asked to provide mobile number and agree to terms and conditions of GUT-iCARE
• During Kit activation you are asked to provide few health information. While providing information let it be genuine that will help you and GUT-iCARE to get promising report.
• After registration you are been allowed to access profile where you can add 4 members and address.
• Call us immediately to our customer care (or mail us on info@gutiicare.com ), if you find any un identify source using your account. Keep your account and password details safe and do not share with anyone.
• We sell our products only in our website, kindly be cautious not to purchase from any unauthorized source.

ORDER flow of GUT-I-CARE PVT LIMITED platform.

• Enter the www.guticare.com website on the browser
• Click on product & you will be directed to the product page having the description of the test & price. To proceed with ordering, click on the Add to Cart button.
• After registration you are been allowed to access profile where you can add 4 members and address.
• Fill your shipping and billing address and click on the continue button.

Shipping and Billing

• Shipping will be carried out by the GUT-iCARE logistic partners, you no need to contact any third party for sending the samples back.
• No additional cost will be collected for shipment services.
• You can get an invoice of your purchase in the order summary.
• During purchase of the kit, you are agreed to pay all the fees.

Payment Flow

• After clicking on the continue button, the payment window will open.
• Add the credit/debit card details or select other payment methods for processing the payment.
• Fill the necessary payment mode details and click on the PAY button for the final checkout.

Results

• You are aware that the results will be updated in the registered account @ www.guticare.com and our mobile application (available at playstore & IOS).
• We also send out the hard copy of the report if the customer couldn't able to access the internet.
• We don't furnish your result in any other platform other than mentioned above and don't send links to click or ask for OTP for furnishing reports.

Expired Kit submission

Kit has a self-expiry date of 3 months from the time you receive your kit. Samples received from expired kit after 3 months will not be processed. Customer has to order new kit. GUT-iCARE have complete right for not processing your sample if its exceed the expiry duration.

Prohibited Use Policy

• You are not allowed to engage yourself in any of the below unlawful activities
• Resale, of our designed product is not allowed online or offline
• Not allowed to download or change or trace our code by any means
• Not shipped other than the allowed locations
• Not allowed to make any mimicry product under our brand name
• Intentional or not intentional of sharing wrong information about GUT-iCARE in any of the social platforms

Delays and Modifications

• GUT-iCARE own up the complete rights to modify, revise, update, and discontinue the services with or without notice.
• GUT-iCARE mobile app is intended to get updates if there is updates in software. So on time to time basis app has to be downloaded or installed for updates.
• Purchase orders, reports and payments all done by software, they may be little delay if unexpected software update delay prevails.
• You are asked to collect required quantity of samples. If your sample is not of required quantity, we may not be able to process your sample.
• GUT-iCARE has indeed rights to give promotions codes, revoke promotion, include technologies, service cost if needed.

Considerations of our service

• You are aware of collecting stool sample in your house, and activating kit for sample return. You may feel bad in collecting your stool samples. You may feel embarrassed to furnish few of your details like smoking and alcohol consumption
• Dietician will give personalized diet recommendation based on your microbiome load. You may feel sensitive, when you furnish your food allergy index. Dietary recommendation provided are only to maintain good bacteria in the body. Kindly consult your physician for any medical assistance.
• Its not any medical substitute, it may not cure or treat any of the medical ailment. You need to consult your physician for further medical advices.
• Eligibility for the Second Test applies only upon completion of the prescribed 3-month Personalized Targeted Diet by GUT-iCARE with regular updates. The test must be availed within six(6) months of the initial report; thereafter, eligibility shall lapse automatically.

Changes of terms and conditions

We reserve the right, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If terms are revised we will place efforts to inform you. If you continue to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website and the service.
